UNVRS Set to Revolutionize Ibiza's Nightlife with Summer 2025 Opening

Ibiza’s legendary nightlife scene is about to be transformed with the arrival of UNVRS, the world’s first "hyperclub," launching in the summer of 2025. Spearheaded by Yann Pissenem, the visionary behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, this cutting-edge venue is designed to blur the lines between nightlife, technology, luxury, and immersive entertainment on an unprecedented scale.

UNVRS will take over the former site of Privilege, the world’s largest nightclub, and reimagine it into a futuristic arena capable of hosting over 10,000 guests. The goal? To combine the exclusivity and sophistication of high-end clubs with the visual grandeur and energy of major arena events. According to Pissenem, UNVRS is "the next evolution in nightlife," offering a place where "present and future collide" through architecture, storytelling, and a deep sense of human connection.

The announcement campaign set the tone for UNVRS’s bold ambitions. In a now-viral video featuring Will Smith, the Hollywood icon investigates a mysterious UFO over Ibiza’s famous Es Vedrà—only to discover the construction of UNVRS. The cinematic teaser racked up more than 50 million views, setting the internet ablaze with curiosity and anticipation.

The hyperclub’s summer lineup is already making headlines. World-renowned party brand elrow will host weekly residencies every Saturday night starting June 7, bringing their signature explosion of color, themes, and carnival-style chaos to the venue. On Sundays, dance music titan Carl Cox will command the decks from June 22 to September 21, delivering the high-octane sets that have defined his legendary career.

Adding another layer of innovation, Eric Prydz is bringing his highly anticipated Holosphere 2.0 to UNVRS, an evolved version of his mind-bending audiovisual experience. Kicking off on June 2, the show will run for 14 consecutive weeks, combining cutting-edge holographic visuals with a custom-built LED sphere that fully surrounds the artist—creating a show that feels as futuristic as the venue itself.
